Ingezonden bericht van de grootste FC Breukelen fan in Canada (oud-Breukelaar). Bert stuurt regelmatig berichten naar de leiding van het eerste. Hieronder zijn meest recente steunbetuiging:

This time I am not going to write you anything which is NOT positive, only a word of encouragement and support. Tell your players that they scored 2 goals against spijkenisse, the first place team. Besides there were 6 other teams who LOST as well in the LOWER standings. Therefore there are 7 teams, who have only 6 points more or less ahead of FC BREUKELEN , which means only to wins needed TWO games to catch up. “Plus” one more game to play in the FIRST PERIODE.

I think that FC BREUKELEN should forget the past and start playing a NEW game in the SECOND PERIODE, by just climbing up the ladder by trying to place in the middle standings to avoid degradation this year, by staying in the HOOFDKLASSE A.

Trying to become more familiar in playing those teams. Anyway if FC BREUKELEN should play better it is a PLUS. I think the players will become more RELAXED. Especially if they could win the FIRST game of the SECOND PERIODE next week at home against Ajax, by giving them an unexpected SURPRISE, maybe by ending up FIRST place in the SECOND PERIODE, plus a change to climb back up the ladder in the overall standings, two reasons to play for.

Dont tell HOEK that before the game. Just come down prepared with a TEAM STRATEGY together to play. Also trying to score more goals for the goal difference at any time, it could move the team up the ladder.
